WELCOME TO THE SEASIDE HOUSE!

Our guest house area has 8 rooms which are ready for 10–16 guest at the same time. It is located on the seaside of Burgas among impressive green nature and in a stone's throw from sprightly city area.

Guesthouse living room

It is located on the 1st floor and connected to the common kitchen. There are 2 cauches, fireplace, bookshelves and the reception

Room 1

There is a bed, tv and dvd player. Room size is 10 sq. meters.

Room 2

There is a big room for couples, located right under the roof. It is 15 sq. meters wide with white walls and 1 big bed.

Room 3

The second small room with 2 beds, tv set and underroof location

Common living room

The re are several sofas and chairs and a wide library from books in english, rissian and bulgarian.

Room 4

Wide 15 sq. meters room with a big bed and modern design.

Our location

Krali Marko st., 5, Burgas, Bulgaria

We are located near the sea. It is easy to get by bus from Burgas airport to the centre (takes 40 minutes) and get a local city bus (56S, 44A, 110) to the Bulair bus stop. Our house is in 50 meters down the street.

What is around?

There is a pleasant atmosphere and good infrastructure: 24 hours grocery, 3 small restaurants with traditional and european food. There is pharmacy near the house and a small city park in 200 meters.

There is a new and very comfortable place to stay in a calm area. First floor is for a kitchen and living room and the second floor is almost for bedrooms. All furniture is new, fresh and clean.Our company of 5 was living in a big room with a pretty comfort.

It is very good located place. The sea is in 5 minutes walk. The beach is clean and pretty nice with a lot or tourists in summer rates. There is a very beautiful park near the house and a car rent service for good prices.

Our living conditions

The main rule in our guest house is to consider others. If you love music do not turn it loud and turn it off after 11p.m. We are very attentive to the clearness of the house. So if you have pets – you can not stay. You freely can take snacks, coffee and tea and milk on the kitchen and bring your own food.

Be polite and do not take that food that does not belong to you. We don't have any cleaning service — so bear your room clean. If you break or spoil the host's property, you will have to pay full price for it.

Check-ins in our hotels are at 11a.m. Check out is not later then 10 a.m. We reserve a right to take a deposit money in care of damage of property. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
