Yes, the entry to the library is free, you can use the resources of the library and attend all events without a library card, but in order to take the books home, you need to register for a library card.
If you lose a book or other borrowed material, you will have to refund it to AAPL. You can reimburse the cost of the material by informing the customer support service in advance, indicating which item you have lost. After that, you can return the amount at the ATM to AAPL. The material penalty will be lifted immediately.
